What a full moon in Cancer means
Full moons are the peak of the lunar cycle: things started at the new moon two weeks earlier come to a head. In Cancer, a water sign, the spotlight falls on nurturing, intuitive, protective themes — while the Sun in Capricorn pulls the other way. Astrologers read it as a time to finish, release and notice what's ripened.
Signs most affected: Cancer and Capricorn, plus the other cardinal signs.
